Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using LikeThis (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is operated by Sprout LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company.

Use of the App

LikeThis is a photo recreation tool that helps you match reference photos using real-time camera guidance. You may use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or infrastructure
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties

In-App Purchases

LikeThis offers a free tier that includes full access to all features. Photos saved in the free tier include a "Taken with LikeThis" watermark.

A one-time Pro upgrade removes the watermark from all saved photos. The Pro upgrade is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple.

• All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions for the App Store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple through their standard refund process.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• We will not charge you more than the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• The Pro upgrade syncs across your devices via iCloud when signed into the same Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, and content, is owned by Sprout LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"LikeThis" and the LikeThis logo are trademarks of Sprout LLC.

Your photos: You retain all rights to photos you take or import using the App. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content. The watermark applied in the free tier is a functional element of the App and does not constitute a claim of ownership over your photos.

User Content

You are responsible for the photos you import and create using the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to use any photos you import as reference images.
• Your use of the App does not violate any third party's rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
• You will not use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Photo matching scores and guidance will produce identical recreations of reference photos.
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPROUT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO DEVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sprout LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
