Sprout LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LikeThis mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. LikeThis does not require user accounts, login, or registration of any kind.

Information We Collect

Camera Access

The App requires access to your device's camera to provide real-time photo guidance. Camera data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Photo Library Access

The App accesses your photo library so you can select reference photos and save captured photos. Photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used and general session information. TelemetryDeck does not collect personally identifiable information, IP addresses, or device identifiers.

Crash Reporting

We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance data. Crash reports may include device model, OS version, and stack traces. Sentry does not collect personally identifiable information.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, the App stores your sessions, preferences, and cached analysis data in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud storage and is not accessible to us.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers
• Any other personally identifiable information

We do not require or support user accounts, logins, or registration of any kind.

How We Use Information

• Analytics data: To understand which features are used and improve the App.
• Crash data: To diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Photo processing: All photo analysis, overlay rendering, and matching is performed locally on your device. No photos leave your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Anonymous analytics data is processed by TelemetryDeck and Sentry as described above. These services act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to TelemetryDeck's and Sentry's respective retention policies.

Photos and session data stored on your device or in iCloud are under your control and can be deleted at any time through the App or your device settings.

Children's Privacy

LikeThis is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at support@sproutllc.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect. As described above, LikeThis collects only anonymous analytics and crash data. We do not sell personal information.

European Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Since LikeThis does not collect personally identifiable information, most GDPR data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply in a traditional sense.

Our legal basis for processing anonymous analytics data is legitimate interest in improving our App.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. All on-device data is protected by iOS security features. iCloud data is encrypted by Apple. We do not operate our own servers that store user data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
